0:13Beat and today we are at Bella Point
0:16Community. It’s a Dr. Horton community
0:19and we are honored to be with Nikki
0:21Mooney. Um Nikki is actually better
0:25known as the Irish Dr. Horton chick. And
0:30one of the cool things that um Nikki
0:32always tells me about is as a on-site
0:35specialist with Dr. Horton, they’re
0:38actually also allowed to sell other
0:40communities. So, you might want to share
0:41a little bit about that.
0:43Yeah, I mean, we’re able to help
0:45basically from anywhere from Bolivia to
0:47Jacksonville, which is amazing to have
0:50that reach. Um but even in just this
0:52little area that we’re in right now in
0:54Bolivia, we have a lot of exciting
0:55things coming.
0:56Yes, you do. Um, Roland Hills is a
0:58beautiful community. Um, they’re going
1:00to have some different finishes than we
1:02have at Bell Point, more like cement
1:03boards, light siding, tile backsplash,
1:06um,
1:07pendant lighting ready to go and things
1:09like that. Really, really beautiful
1:10homes. Um, we also have um, uh, Mariners
1:15Reach eventually that’s going to start
1:17too.
1:18Um, Lockwood Folly uh, Lockwood Landing
1:21right next door to Lockwood Folly Park.
1:23There’s going to be a
1:24I didn’t know about that one. Yeah. And
1:25it’s amazing. That price range is going
1:27to be really, really amazing. Low to mid
1:30twos.
1:30Wow.
1:31Which is incredible.
1:33That’s really good.
1:33Yeah. We really do have something for
1:35everyone and many, many options. And
1:38their whole, you know, purpose is to
1:40make home ownership affordable for
1:42everyone. And I really think that they
1:44have achieved that in an amazing way.
1:46Um, I have a lot of confidence working
1:48here. I feel like they put out a great
1:51product. They really stand behind it.
1:53And just seeing all of the communication
1:55that goes on behind the scenes and how
1:58they keep everything streamlined. Like
2:00they built 90,000 homes in 2024.
2:03Wow.
2:0490,000 homes. Wow.
2:06That’s crazy. And all of the building
2:08that they’ve done in the past 20 plus
2:10years has led them to be super
2:12efficient, to know exactly how to build
2:15a home, and that’s why they’re able to
2:16pass that saving on to a buyer.
2:18Yep. Yep. They definitely fill a niche
2:20that’s needed in the country for sure.
