0:06to you with episode 114 of St. James
0:11Exposed. This is where we go and look at
0:13the numbers for the month ending
0:15December 25. So, let’s go ahead and get
0:18to those numbers. Last month, there were
0:2112 only 12 listings taken in the month
0:24of December. We had 11 properties that
0:28went under contract. We had 21, that’s a
0:31big number, 21 that came off market.
0:34That’s where their contract with another
0:35agent expired. And closings, we had 24
0:40closings during the month. Pretty good
0:42number there. And average days for those
0:4424 closings, 115 days. So, if you’ve
0:48been following us, that creeped up a
0:50little bit um over the over last year.
0:53Um, and that relates to a lot of these
0:56where they’ve come off the market. So,
0:58anyhow, and the total listings that we
1:01have as we moved into the new year was
1:0466 properties available for sale. So,
1:07there you have it for episode 114 of St.
