0:11recap numbers for November 2025 in
0:15beautiful St. James Plantation here in
0:17Southport, North Carolina. So, let’s
0:19look at the numbers for November. Uh,
0:21last month there were 14 single family
0:24properties that came on the market for
0:26sale. We had 17 properties that went
0:29pending under contract. We had six
0:33properties that came off the market for
0:35sale and we had a whopping 21 properties
0:39that closed. And the 21 properties, the
0:41average days on the market was 68 days,
0:45which means those properties were priced
0:47right. And we start the month of
0:49December with 83 new listings. So,
0:54that’s your recap for November 2025 in
