I am Jack with the Hamilton Realty Group and in today’s times with the Corona Virus running rampant across our nation, now more than ever, service deserves its rewards. At the beginning of the year, before this pandemic arose, we were honored to be selected as a local affiliate for the Homes for Heroes program. This program started right after 9/11 to give thanks and to help our nation’s heroes that responded during that time. This program has now grown to be the largest nationwide collection of affiliates, agents like us, lenders, attorneys and local service providers to provide significant savings to our heroes when they buy, sell, or refinance a home.
For Dana and I and our team here at the Hamilton Realty Group, this has become personal. With the coronavirus running rampant across our country, all of the front-liners that we had signed up to it all back in January are now the folks at risk. All of us at this point in time know one of these front-liners; firefighters and EMS, our local law enforcement, military (active, reserved, and veterans), healthcare workers who are in the middle of this fight and our teachers who are all suffering from loss of jobs, loss of connection with their students.
