Joe Agovino and his wife Kathy Lawler found their way to Brunswick County from New York first as vacationers and then full time in 2000. Joe has been a Joe has been a NC Real Estate broker since 2000 and has helped people find a home of their dreams all over Brunswick County. He loves to share their knowledge and experience with buyers from all over the country. Joe received certification as an Accredited Buyers Representative over 10 years ago. Joe’s favorite motto is “The least that will happen is we make new friends, the best is that we make new neighbors.”
Joe holds Ph.D.’s in Psychology and uses this to understand the importance of meeting the needs of the client either buying or selling Real Estate. Joe served on the Board of Trustees of Dosher Hospital in Southport for 12 years and now works as the community outreach consultant for the hospital. He is politically active and participates in local politics as well as an active members of the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce.
