Several key members have joined the team in the past year, including long-time real estate agent, Seth Robbins. Seth is a veteran of the real estate, hospitality and property management industries and offers an unparalleled knowledge of the Southport-Oak Island area.
Christine Luciano, originally from New York, joined the team in October. Christine and her husband of 32 years have lived on Oak Island for over four years and love the beach lifestyle. Christine is focused on growing new clients in Southport, Oak Island and St. James.
Val Hocutt, who also joined in October,was a Triad resident for 22 years and is now a proud Wilmingtonian! Val grew up in the Outerbanks and was called back to “beach life” in Wilmington to be closer to family and friends. Hamilton Realty Group will be focusing on expansion into the greater Wilmington area and Val will be spearheading that effort in 2018!
